Hu Yong Yi's paintings are saturated with color and rich in life and feeling. Background on Hu Yong YiHu Yong Yi was born in Hong Kong. After graduating from the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic, she studied painting at the Guangzhou Institute of Fine Arts and ceramics and painting at the California College of Arts and Crafts, and went on to earn a master's degree in Fine Arts Administration from Columbia University. Her work has been widely exhibited in the United States and China. She lives in Hong Kong. |
